I have been giving it a great deal of thought about how one can expand the mind, and it has given me a little difficulty. However, I believe I found a
wonderful step we can all take in expanding our minds. We need to look at the world like we were three years old again. The favorite word of any toddler is
why. The fascination that a toddler has with the world is new and fresh, and has not had a chance to become bitter or jaded. If we can take just a moment of
our time and think back to that time when the world was fresh and new, and we can ask why again, and again.
However, if you are on a board like this you are probably already asking why, and I encourage you to continue to be driven by why because ultimately that is where are solutions lay. It may seem overly simplistic, but when you start looking for the answers that is when the task of asking why becomes difficult.
Of course it does not have to be difficult if we go at with the curiosity of a toddler. It can be an exciting process, and it can be a bit terrifying if we find answer we do not like. But, rather than be a toddler and throw a tantrum, we need to reevaluate our positions, and ask why some more. Eventually we can ask why into a more awakened state.
